**Places to attend the event are limited and priority is given to people submitting an abstract. Please register your interest in attending the event by using the link below. We will inform you at a later date if your registration to the event has been successful**

We will seek to confirm registration as soon as possible. Please register your interest as soon as possible. No registration fee is required but there is limited capacity. 

The event is sponsored by the Society of Endocrinology, through their sponsorship we offer a modest grant to 40 early career researchers to contribute to one night accommodation in the Edgbaston Park Hotel and £50 to contribute towards other travel expenses. Please indicate upon registration if you wish to apply for a grant. Preference will be given to PhD students, postdoctoral researchers on fixed-term contracts and those presenting abstracts.

We will provide information on accommodation to confirmed registrants.

We will be offering a live stream of the scientific sessions scheduled on Friday 22nd April and Saturday 23rd April.

In addition to the establishments listed above, there are many hotels located within the city centre for visitors who require easy access to Birmingham New Street. The University of Birmingham is very lucky to have a train station located on campus with regular trains from Birmingham New Street to University station scheduled throughout the day.
